This quote is very synonymous with the dynamic workshop conducted by Dr. G. Nagashree, Principal, MRV on 27 April 2023 for Primary, Secondary, AS and A Level teachers.

The core essence of the workshop was to understand the attributes of teaching and learning and apply them effectively in lesson plans.

The teachers were constantly engaged in understanding the concepts of Curriculum and Syllabus and the major factor that differentiates the two broad aspects. The teachers reiterated the major sustainable goals that they wish to achieve at the end of their lesson plan.

Keeping in mind the annual theme of 'Nature and Conservation for MRV' for the next academic year 2023-24, the teachers in groups sketched out innovative ideas and implemented them in their lesson plans involving interdisciplinary technique. The lesson plan was executed keeping in mind the Cambridge Scheme of Work and the Sustainable Goals.

The workshop culminated with a wonderful activity which consolidated the participant's learning and demonstrated their accomplishments in achieving their objectives.

The workshop ended with a valuable feedback session. Dr. G. Nagashree, Principal, MRV approached every participating group and clearly outlined the target met by them as well as the quantum of knowledge gained by each participant.The participants acknowledged and thanked Dr. G. Nagashree for the enlightening and informative workshop that empowered the teachers and guides with a plethora of educational tools, to prepare the students to meet the everyday challenges of life.
