"It takes a big heart to shape little minds".

As MRV students' summer break begins MRV Pre primary teachers attended a rejuvenated workshop on "The pathways of the IEYC Learning Processes” by Dr. G. Nagashree, Principal, MRV.

The objective was to introduce teachers to some emerging teaching tools, and strategies that can be used to enhance classroom engagement and improve learning outcomes for students.

In addition, Dr. G. Nagashree also emphasized the importance of creating a supportive environment that encourages students to take ownership of their learning and provided tips on how to facilitate student-led collaboration, how to use feedback and to improve learning outcomes.

The workshops' outcomes were remarkable.

- Inspiring many teachers to think beyond traditional teaching methods and explore an innovative approach to their classroom and teaching practices.

- The teachers left with an enhanced understanding of how to motivate students to explore and learn.

MRV believes that professional workshops should be an essential part of school curriculums to keep teachers motivated, refreshed, and up to date.
