The Spell Bee Competition in MRV was conducted on Friday, 30th June 2023, to give students a platform to facilitate mastery over spellings with varying difficulty, enrich the vocabulary, familiarise the root words and develop the use of correct English.

The competition was divided into 3 rounds: Elimination, Semi-Final and the Final Round. A list was prepared containing an assortment of words with increasing difficulty. Five students, who demonstrated language proficiency, qualified for the semi-final round.

The strength was scaled down to two students, who duelled through the toughest words in the final round. They proved their mettle by combatting with each word of varying difficulty.

The objective of the competition was to enhance the spelling and literary skills, familiarise the students with new words and promote a healthy competition in a supportive environment.

The teachers declared the results after a tough selection process. The students were awarded with certificates that truly spelled the success of their word power!
