Workshops serve as excellent platforms for knowledge sharing, skill development, collaboration and innovation. MRV organised a series of workshops to hone intellectual skills and enhance the professional development of the teachers.

Mr Dale’s Edward, Language, Drama & Communication Skills - Head Academic Support , Trinity India introduced Performance Arts in production, an initiative to collaborate Trinity with Literature to provide an opportunity for students to learn to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with others in a safe environment. Mr Dale shared the benefits of studying Drama and the wider performing arts which helps cultivate valuable transferable skills and empowers students to be active learners, who are able to confidently vocalise their thoughts and opinions.

Ms Iteshree’s Date,Director, ADAPT conducted a workshop on 'Catering to the Needs of Different Learners Centered on inclusion, advocacy of children with disability and to establish rights and entitlements of children'. The workshop enlightened MRV faculty on the importance of acceptance and catering to the needs of different learners to foster effective communication, ensuring adaptability to changing needs, making it a cornerstone of successful education and learning support.

Prof. Arun Patil, Dean MET Asian Management Development Centre workshop on Well-Being primarily concentrated on 'Know Thyself.' Acquiring knowledge of one’s personality encourages understanding the self which enables a person to appreciate and acknowledge diverse personalities, leading to foster healthy relationships, peace and contentment at work place.

MRV Faculty also engaged in collaborative sessions for sharing key activities planned for the annual curriculum to understand the different teaching learning pedagogies used in class to achieve specific learning objectives as per their respective syllabus.

The Professional Development workshops served as a week of learning along with a driving force to enhancing the overall development of MRV faculty, enabling all to walk away with a treasure of knowledge.
