MET Rishikul Vidyalaya students from III – X commemorated ‘The French National Day’ also known as the ‘Bastille Day 2021’ in France.

A week-long online celebration aimed at enriching the knowledge of the students about France. Students were involved in various learning activities ranging from carrying out research on the French Cities, Personalities, Art and Literature, Monuments to French superstitions.

The culmination on 14th July 2021 occasion was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Raj Anand, a senior committee member of the Alliance Française de Mumbai and Mr. Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee - MET. The hour-long virtual presentation showcased the varied learning activities undertaken by the students. The World Music Day which originated in France was also celebrated in MRV through ‘SOAR' - a musical event participated by students and teachers to sing or play a musical instrument of their choice. The efforts put in by the students as well as the teachers were applauded by the Chief Guest.

The event was a great insight into the culture and civilisation of France.
